It is the policy of JAGO BLACKSTONE to supply high quality electrical panels, control panels and engineering services to suit the customers' needs and expectations. This can be achieved by:


  1. Top management commitment to operate a Quality Management System in compliance with the requirement of ISO 9001:2008. Observing the need to hold regular reviews of quality indicators throughout the organization and actively pursuing continual improvement in all QMS processes.

  2. Understanding the needs of our customers and providing them with a service that is as good if not better than the customers' own expectation . JAGO BLACKSTONE will monitor our customer perception and satisfaction as a measure of effectiveness.

  3. Identify and eliminate nonconformity to ensure the highest professional standard and consistency. Any failures to achieve our high expectation shall be reviewed and used as positive indicators for improvement.

Top Management shall ensure that this policy is clearly communicated, understood, implemented and maintained by employees in the organization. This Quality Policy shall be reviewed at a regular basis during Management Review to ensure its continuing suitability.
